Terms and Conditions KS99 — Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ks99.run platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all other policies referenced herein, including ks99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ks99.run ("ks99", "we", or "the platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the Platform.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. ks99 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts. General wagering requirements for ks99 bonuses:

• Only bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement, not personal deposit funds.

• Request from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

Players also have the right to voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the ks99 support team. Any available balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no active investigations on the account.

Ks99 takes its social responsibility to the player community seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity:

• Service disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond ks99's control, including players' internet connectivity issues.
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting platform access or availability in certain regions.

Ks99's maximum liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Ks99 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be informed of material changes via in-platform notifications, registered email, or a notice on the main website page at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in situations requiring immediate changes for security or legal reasons.
